Setup guide
To get started using UniBot Pro is quite simple. These instructions will help you get started with the bot.
System requirements
UniBot Pro supports any computer running a 64bit (x86) version of Windows newer than Windows 8. Windows on ARM is currently not supported, so users of the M1/M2 Macbooks will need to use something like ShadowPC to be able to use the bot.
Virtual machines can be used to run the bot, we recommend VMWare for the best WebGL performance inside the vm. You can expect each running instance of the bot to use between 600 and 900mb of ram.
1. Installing the Intel Compiler Runtime
We use a compiler from intel to make our lives easier, so to run the bot you will need to install the required runtime for it. You can download the installer here.
In rare cases, some PCs may require the Intel VPL library. You can download the installer here.
You will need to restart your system after installing this, after restarting continue with Step 2.
2. Installing UniBot Pro
The latest installer for UniBot Pro can be downloaded from here.
Just follow the instructions in the installer until its finished, afterwards you will be greeted with UniBot License Manager.
3. Importing your license
After purchasing UniBot Pro on the website, you can find your purchased licenses available to download in your Profile. After downloading your licenses you can press the "Import License" button in License Manager, choose your downloaded license and it will be loaded up.
4. Profile creation
We recommend creating some profiles, one for each of your characters, you can do this by clicking on the dropdown on the top of License Manager that currently says "Default Profile" and then clicking on "Create new Profile..." in the menu that opens up. After clicking it will ask you for the desired name you want for that profile. You can use this top menu to select which profile you want to use.
5. First start
After creating the profiles you need and selecting your first profile, you can go down to Your Licenses and press the "Launch UniBot Pro using this License" button. The bot will now start up and initialize, depending on your connection speed this may take a few seconds. After loading you will be greeted with 2 windows, the game window itself on the left and the configuration window for the bot on the right.
